Here are the details on the chicken..

They were started on an organic, gmo free chick starter, that contained soy and corn, but were quickly switched to our own experimental feed of gmo free barley, soaked in raw milk from our dairy, along with minerals and some alfalfa.

Their chicken tractors were moved frequently across acreage, giving them fresh soil to scratch in and enjoy!

We only have these extras available as whole roasters, no specific cuts this time.

They come in three different sizes:

Small: 4-4.5lbs

Medium: 4.5-5lbs

Large: 5-5.5lbs
