We are excited to have recently merged our meat business with our sister business, Golden Rule Dairy. We will still be the ones in contact with you and stepping you through the process of receiving a whole or half animal, but all orders will now be placed through the Golden Rule Dairy webpage, which you can access by clicking the place deposit button below.

BEEF

Beef deposits will be closed until our next batch of beef nears butcher weight, which is expected to be Spring/Summer of 2024. You can get on our notification list here, to be notified when deposits are opening.

We are excited to offer you our own homegrown Angus beef! Find out how we raise and feed our animals here.

We raise our steers to approx 1200lbs before harvesting them. We deliver the steer to the butchers for you, send you a cut sheet to customize, keep in contact with the butcher and will let you know when your meat is ready for delivery.

The prices below are based on a carcass weight of 600lbs at $6.50/lb.

Whole:

-Approx 390lbs of packaged meat.

-Approx $3900, includes all processing and delivery costs.

Half:

-Approx 195lbs of packaged meat.

-Approx $1950 includes all processing and delivery costs.

We require a $200 deposit/whole and $100/half, to hold a whole/half for you. Deposits are included in the total price and are non-refundable!

PORK

Our supply of milk has been drastically lessened, due to Golden Rule Dairy growing so quickly. Because milk was one of the main ingredients for exceptional tasting pork, we have put a hold on raising pigs until further notice. We apologize for the inconvenience!

In the meantime, we continue to produce a few litters of piglets, from our favorite sows, every spring and fall. Purebred Berkshire and Berk/Duroc crosses. Most of our breeding stock were sourced from a Berkshire farm in Colorado.

Current price: $150 each, for growers, $200 each, for breeding stock
